At a recent school board meeting, Burbank teachers and parents protested the choice for superintendent, Matt Hill. Hill has never worked at a school, was involved in Los Angeles Unified’s MiSiS and iPad scandals, and is a former employee of charter school proponent Eli Broad.

It looks like the school board received money form somebody… I mean they just gave their district to a corporate leader… How sad…

The guy who said he was a teacher and then said what a great guy Hill was, it’s great he left without voting. He turned his back on his fellow teachers. What a guy! All the great things he said about Hill shows where his vote would have been and his disdain for his fellow teachers. The only tbing I can agree with, is that Hill had a wonderful wife, other than that, Hill is an Eli B., man all the way.

Yes. The board voted Hill in and the audience left before he could give his speech.

Look through the drama to see the bottom line, turning school systems into a profitable corporation, where Title I schools will funnel into, feed, the already incorporated prison system. This is all about money and control.
